The manager met us on day of arrival and made sure we were going to be comfortable for our stay. She gave us some ideas and directions for whatever we may have needed and also left her business card so we could contact her if we needed anything in our stay. The accommodations.in the 2 bedroom was absolutely stunning! This was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy some quiet warm days. A close walk to downtown Loreto and the historical district, where shopping and restaurants were a plenty. There were even bikes for us if we choose to go for a ride around town. Orlando's, by far, was our favorite place to eat, even though we had the most amazingly spacious kitchen to prepare food in. The owners, Bob & Susan, were so gracious and accommodating for the needs we had.We would definitely recommend Paradise Villas while in Loreto
Couldn't ask for more

Stayed in the Penthouse Villa and it was perfect for us. Very quiet and comfortable. The manager was there to meet and take care of anything we ask for. Thoroughly enjoyed the owners and spent a great night out including open mic night at the local bar. Would love to stay again during the whale season and for a longer period. Loreto and Paradise Villas made this vacation unforgettable.

Helpful votes: Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Bed was super comfortable, view was amazing, easy walk into town/beach, even took the bikes out once, and the pool was clean and refreshing, had some good laughs around it with the other guests.

On our first adventure to little Loreto we stayed in the Penthouse (smallest unit but on top of the world). This time because they were booked up, owners Bob & Sue vacated the biggest unit (2BR/2 Bath, wet bar, large deck) which they often reside in, so that we could stay the week there. It's way more than we needed but enjoyed it immensely. All the other vacationers at the Villas were fun to be around and we came home with new friends and wonderful memories. Only drawback was that Bob & Sue weren't there to enjoy the great weather & fun we all had together. With close proximity to the beach and town we walked a lot and even stumbled into a Mexican birthday party happening down the street on a Saturday night. We were invited to join in the fun & dancing and it turned out a highlight and example of how friendly the folks in Loreto are. If you're coming with family, this unit is spacious and they have bicycles available if you're too tired to walk. We rented a car for one day to go to the Bay of Conception and Hertz was nice enough to let us return it to the airport, thus saving us taxi rental on our departure. All in all, Loreto is a relaxing, safe & fun place to visit. The Villas are neat, well furnished and in a good location... and the owners & Teresita are helpful and great to work with! We'll be back--

It has been more than a month since our stay at Paradise Villas and I already miss it so much! What a wonderful vacation! My husband and I were upgraded to La Bella Vista (the room on the roof!) and we could not have been more pleased. It was clean and they offered bottled water, which was a major plus. I loved that we could make breakfast and eat outside on the rooftop in complete privacy. We had a view of the water in one direction and the beautiful mountains in the other. We could socialize with the other guests by the pool if we liked (all of whom were very nice) or sneak upstairs by our own private entrance. Our first night in Loreto, we borrowed the bikes and road downtown. Such a great location! Bob and Susan, the owners, were amazing hosts! They offered suggestions on where to eat and where to play. Their personal attention was highly appreciated. We are already planning our next trip! And, I am trying to round up my college girls for a week away as it would be the perfect location for a group of friends! Thank you, Paradise Villas! We will be back!
wonderful villa, great experience

We stayed at the Paradise Villas bottom suite. Huge courtyard, clean suite and wonderful property manager Teresita! The villas are 1 block from town or the ocean, streets are clean , and people are friendly, this is Mexico as it should be!
PARADISE VILLAS A GREAT DESCRIPTION!

Recently returned from a wonderful stay in #2 Los Delfines . The accomodations werre super. Enjoyed the deluxe kitchen, very well equipped . Also the king bed was very comfortable. The villa was very spacious and we enjoyed being in the residential neighborhood. The property was very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient for those not wishing to rent a car. It has a beautiful pool and plenty of comfortable places to relax and enjoy your siesta. Teresita the onsite manager was able to assist you with any questions you might have. The owners Bob & Sue were very gracious and made every effort to make our stay perfect. We have been coming to Loreto for many years and look forward to a return visit .
Love Paradise Villas

the property is very well kept, the owners Bob and Sue and the manager Teresita are so helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. The walk to town is a breeze, you don't need a car to get there. We rode the bikes several times. We stayed in villa #3, great view of the ocean from the kitchen and balcony.
Panoramic View with Community Feel

We originally planned one week and extended our stay an additional week. The expansive view exceeded expectations and the location is excellent - within walking distance to the town square. Sue and Teresita, the onsite manager, were very responsive to helping us, from shopping and food recommendations to setting up spa appointments. Snorkeling at the Isla Coronados and San Javier [we used Wild Loreto for guides] were both excellent. If you want to be a part of the Loreto community and culture this is an ideal place to stay. We will be bringing home precious memories of our time and look forward to future trips to Baja.
Fantastic Villa...wonderful accommodations!

What a wonderful place to stay....close to town and very clean and private setting, and the price is really affordable. We had a great big kitchen, two bathrooms and comfortable king size bed. From the upstairs you get a wonderful evening sunset picture, and every evening we had drinks and chips by the pool before dinner. Make sure you rent their bicycles for a fun day of riding all the friendly streets near the town center. Bob and Susan were very gracious....just an e-mail a way....and Terisita the house keeper was right there with whatever we needed. We will go back again next year. Greg and Gale
Lovely, spacious and peaceful!

We were so very lucky when we stayed at Paradise Villas because we had the whole place to ourselves that week! We rented the Los Delfines unit and it was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. With only a short walk to town, we needed no rental car and could walk everywhere. Teresita, their manager, was very helpful with our needs for transportation to airport and there to greet us when we arrived. The pool was fabulous as we spent many a day just laying beside it reading and sunning and RELAXING! Susan and Bob have a lovely property and it was quite affordable. Definitely where we would stay again in Loreto!
Paradise Villas - Villa #1
Bill and Lori S., Feb 17, 2012
We went to Loreto for the first time in Feb. 2012, for a almost 3 week vacation. We booked at this property, in Villa #1. Upon our arrival at the property, we were met by Terisita, whom checks guests in and checks to see if you need anything. We were very impressed with the very large unit, which was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I certainly liked the huge private courtyard, which had direct access to the pool area. Paradise Villas has wi-fi access, so were able to check in at home, even though we seemed not to do that to often because we were always out enjoying something! We met Bob and Sue, the owners, who were very friendly and answered every possible question we had about Loreto. I can assure you that they certainly made us feel welcome and were willing to help with anything. Easy walk into town, with some very good restaurants. Found that the town does all kinds of exciting things. Very friendly people. We certainly found the charm of Loreto during our stay and will definately be going back!

Great place to say- The condo was within walking distance to everything, and the unit was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. The view from our balcony was awsome. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Loretto has great fishing and the local restaurants has excellent food. Lots to do. Will definately stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Loreto and this spot is very nice-- walking distance to the beach & town and very nicely furnished. The owners, Bob & Sue were gracious hosts and helped us find the supermarket and good places to eat/drink. We hit the outdoor market and got fresh shrimp and goodies and cooked on the BBQ so we saved some money doing that. Just so you know, cell phones (at least Verizon) don't work in Loreto so bring your laptop-- the wifi at the place works great. This is a friendly, safe spot to visit-- but just in case there is a locked parking area and all gates are secure at night so you can feel more than comfortable being here. We're ready to go again !!
Comfortable & relaxing villas in a beautiful location!

Enjoyed an all-too-short few days in Loreto with my girlfriend. Bob and Sue went out of their way to welcome us and to ensure we had a comfortable & relaxing stay - the villa was incredibly spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, the private balcony was a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning, and we were happy to spend most afternoons at the pool. If anything, the pictures don't do it justice! It was a short walk to the town center, where we found enough tacos de pescado to last us a long time. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and rejuvenating time away. Hope we can make it back!

We were the first to stay in Bob & Sue's newly finished "Top Spot", a 1-bedroom with a huge tile deck and 360 degree view of the ocean, mountains & city of Loreto, as well as the pool & courtyard below. We felt very safe & comfortable here, went to the market and bought fresh fish, fruits & vegetables and bar-b-qued at the place. Loreto is a quiet, friendly and safe place to visit and I'd highly recommend visiting. Their other units in the complex are also top notch and this would be a terrific family or group getaway. If you live by your cellular phone or are looking for glam and a hot nightlife this isn't the place for you...but the history, ocean and other scenery and a chance to relax on a hammock on our own deck more than made it a terrific place to try. We're ready to go back!
Expansive View, Community Vibe
- Perkins, Seattle, WA, April 2011
We extended our stay in Loreto at Bob and Sue's studio villa. The view from the expansive deck is even better than the pictures. The location is ideal - within walking distance to the town square, shopping and restaurants. This is a perfect location for a casual, low-key vacation where you feel a part of the community.
Amazing, relaxing stay

We traveled to Loreto for the first time for a week of R &R; and found Bob and Sue's studio villa to be perfect for us. We were greeted upon our arrival by Teresita, Bob and Sue and given the "lay of the land" which was greatly appreciated. The studio had a fully-equipped kitchen with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. We had the entire top floor with lovely views of both the ocean and the mountains. Sunrises and sunsets were the highlights of our day. The pool area was perfect for lounging and also a great place for us to bbq our dinner and talk with other guests of the villa. It was about a 15 minute walk to town for groceries and to get a cocktail which was great because we loved to explore the area. We found Loreto to be a friendly, comfortable town and will definitely be back.
and rejuvenating time away. Hope we can make it back!
Truly a Paradise
Mark Prid, Ottawa, Canada - October 2011
We enjoyed 4 wonderful days (wish it was longer) at Paradise Villa. Enjoyed the best of both worlds - first-class accommodation in an authentic small town Mexican neighbourhood. The penthouse of the Villa was extremely well appointed and had everthing for a couple. The rooftop views at any time of the day were spectacular (ocean, mountains, sunrise, sunset or just the neighbourhood). The area was safe and everyone we met was friendly. Make sure you visit the nearby grocery (Tienda Las Palmas) just around the corner - just about everything you might need for your stay from a very friendly proprietor. Don't forget to get the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Teresita, the local host, will look after you very well. The pool and poolside area was private and spectacular - especially enjoyable during the hot afternoon siesta time.
If we get the chance, we will be back.
